Early Bird details: Registrations must be submitted on or before May 15, 2018, in order to qualify for the "early bird" pricing. Registrations submitted after the "early bird" deadline will be charged an additional $100 per registrant.

Registration fee details: The registration fee includes access to meeting sessions, including pre-meeting workshops, participation in discussion groups, daily breakfasts and lunches, and receptions, for the registered attendee only. Registration does NOT include tickets to the Society of ’67 FUN-raising Event on Tuesday, July 17, 2018.


Additional Fees

Registrants wishing to add on CME fees, spouse/guest badges, or All-Access Passes may do so at the Registration Desk during the meeting.
CME fees can also be paid after the meeting.

CME $100.00 In cooperation with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), APC offers Category I Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits at this meeting. The fee for CME applications is NOT included in the registration fee. An additional $100 fee is required and CME applications are subject to approval.
Spouses/Guests

$55.00 per guest

Includes an official guest badge, continental breakfast at SPICE hospitality meetings on Monday and Tuesday, and food and beverage at the welcome reception on Sunday. Each $55.00 fee covers these costs for ONE guest.
Society of ’67 FUN-raising Event $100.67 per ticket On Tuesday, July 17th, colleagues in celebrating the accomplishments of the Society of ’67 while you enjoy culinary delights and festive activities at this outdoor reception on one of SoCal’s most iconic beaches.
2018 All-Access Pass $99.00 For post-meeting access to the synchronized audio and PowerPoint presentations of recorded sessions.
Cancellation $100.00 Cancellations require written notification. The $100 fee will be withheld from all refunds. No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 31, 2018, except for emergency medical circumstances.
Lapsed Members $350.00 This fee applies only to employees in departments which are eligible for APC membership, but are in arrears on their APC membership dues.
