The data collection period for 2023 is now closed. Participating departments can click the link below to log in and view the data.

The 2022 Academic Pathology Faculty and Administrators Compensation Benchmarking Survey is the first of its kind undertaken by the Association of Pathology Chairs, designed to confidentially collect data from participating departments and transform into a member-interrogated reporting system.

Rather than reporting data once as a static presentation at the Annual Meeting or other venue, benchmarking data will be available to participating departments (completing more than 50% of the questions) throughout the year and anonymized results will be sortable by a variety of self-selected metrics.  APC expects this new survey platform to provide true added value to members as you seek useful comparative regional and national data to assist in recruitment, retention, and discussions with institutional leadership.

Privileged access to the 2022 Academic Pathology Faculty and Administrators Compensation Benchmarking data is available NOW to participating departments. If you missed this cycle of participation, stay tuned for more information from APC's Practice & Management Committee on the upcoming 2023 benchmarking cycle, expected to start Fall 2023.

Access instructions to the online survey site were sent to APC Chair Members and APEX (PDAS) members in May. If you did not receive this email, please contact the APC Office at [email protected].
