AAPath and CAP recently launched this Program Directors' Toolbox to provide residency and fellowship training program directors and faculty with on-demand access to educational content, program administration tools and other resources to share knowledge and innovative practices across institutions. We encourage Program Directors to utilize this resource, submit content, and provide feedback so that we can continue to improve this resource!
Submissions are welcome at any time and on any topic. That said, the deadline for submitting content for review at the GMEC’s next meeting is November 7, 2025. Topics of interest for new content include:
Patient safety and management of adverse events (simulation or real time)
Specific examples of how to assess Professionalism, Practice-Based Learning and Improvement, and Interpersonal and Communication Skills Milestones
Did you know that contributions to this national, committee reviewed resource can be added to your CV? We strongly encourage all residency and fellowship training program directors and program administrators to submit content so that the breadth of available resources grows and represents diverse practices, perspectives, and experiences.
