The 2025 Academic Pathology Faculty and Administrators Compensation Benchmarking Data is Now Available!
The AAPath Compensation Benchmarking Survey addresses a critical need for member departments to access comparative regional and national data that informs recruitment, retention, and discussions with institutional leadership. The annual survey platform is designed to confidentially collect data from participating departments and transform into a member-interrogated reporting system when the data collection period is closed. For participating departments that complete the required questions (to be eligible to access data), the anonymized and aggregated results are accessible and sortable by a variety of self-selected metrics for analysis.
For those who contributed departmental data on compensation for faculty and/or executive administrators for the 2024-2025 academic year, you should have received messaging on how to access the aggregate data in comparison with the data you submitted. Survey results include aggregate question-by-question comparisons and customized reports (with dynamic filtering) in PowerPoint and Excel formats. Apply filters to make the results more meaningful and unique to your organization's interests and comparisons.
