AAPath 2026 Annual Meeting Exhibits

The Exhibit Hall, located in the Statler Room on the 2nd Floor of the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, is the central gathering place for networking and conversations during receptions, breaks, and meals throughout the meeting.

AAPath welcomes both returning and new exhibitors showcasing products, services, technologies, and resources designed to support academic pathology. We sincerely thank our exhibitors for their generous support in 2026!

Exhibit Prize Opportunity for In-Person Attendees

Make the most of your Exhibit Hall experience by participating in the Exhibit Prize Program! All in-person attendees will receive an Exhibit Prize Card to collect stickers from participating exhibitors. To participate, visit the required exhibitors and submit your completed prize card at the AAPath Registration Desk (Exeter, 2nd Floor). The first 30 attendees who visit the required exhibitors and submit their completed prize card will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card. All other completed entries will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $250 Amazon Gift Card! The Exhibit Prize Card and additional details regarding this program can be found in the print Program, which will be provided to all in-person attendees.

Who Attends the AAPath Annual Meetings?

The AAPath Annual Meeting exclusively convenes pathology decision makers in academic practice, undergraduate and graduate medical education, and research. Network with over 400 Academic Pathology leaders in an intimate setting for exchanging ideas and information on current and cutting-edge topics and technology in Practice Management, Medical Education, and Research.

  • 20 General Exhibitors - $4,500
  • 5 Non-Profit Exhibitors - $3,500

*Rates increase by $500 after June 1st
