ABOUT PROGRAM EXHIBITS TRAVEL CME PRICINGTravel & Hotel InformationMeeting LocationAPC's 52nd Annual Meeting will be held at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center complex in Boston, MA. Meetings will take place within the World Trade Center; official housing is at the Seaport Hotel (sold-out* as of May 7, 2019) and the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel (just steps away from the Seaport). The APC 2019 group rate for rooms at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel is $229 single/double (plus taxes/fees), good through June 27th or when the block is sold out. This rate is significantly lower than any currently published rate at other hotels in the Seaport area. A reservation link for the group room rate will be included in your registration confirmation email upon registering for the APC 2019 Annual Meeting. *If you would like to be placed on a waitlist for a room in the group block at the Seaport Boston Hotel, please email your request (including arrival and departure dates) directly to Mel Limson at [email protected]. However, please be sure to register for the annual meeting first and book a room at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel that can be cancelled (see their policies) in the event a room at the Seaport Boston Hotel becomes available. When to ArriveThe 2019 meeting opens with a Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM (ET) on Sunday, July 21st. Meeting programming is scheduled from the morning of Monday, July 22nd, through the late afternoon of Wednesday, July 24th. Chairs will be attending other Section programming: the PDAS Program ends at 3:30pm; the PRODS and GMEAS Programs end at 4:30pm; and the UMEDS Program ends at 4:50pm. TransportationThe Seaport Hotel and Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel are only a short drive away from the Logan Airport (BOS). The Seaport Hotel has its own T-stop ("World Trade Center") on the MBTA Silver Line (SL1). READ MORE
