The Swissôtel Chicago (site of the APC 2023 Annual Meeting) is an award-winning luxury hotel overlooking the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, and just steps from the Magnificent Mile. This distinctive 4-diamond, all-glass hotel offers spectacular wrap-around views from the Navy Pier to Millennium Park, 662 guest rooms and suites, a state-of-the-art penthouse fitness center, and spotless European-style service.
The APC 2023 group rate for rooms at the Swissôtel Chicago was available for a limited time, with special reduced rates starting at $269 for single/double standard rooms (plus taxes). Additional fees may have been charged for more than two people per room or for other discounted room types available through the Group Reservation Link (no longer available). This link was also included in your meeting registration confirmation email. Special discounted group block rates were available at the Swissôtel Chicago (site of the APC 2023 Annual Meeting), until June 26, 2023, or until the room block was sold out.
Travel and Flights
Participants were responsible for booking their travel, including airline reservations. Each carrier has its own policies regarding refunds or vouchers for future travel. Please contact your carrier or travel agent directly to determine your options.
