Register for on-demand access to Pre-recorded Presentations and Live Sessions that were simulcast for remote participants via Zoom from July 17-19, 2023 from the Swissôtel in Chicago, Illinois. Recordings of both the pre-recorded presentations and the live discussion sessions are accessible to registrants through this link (login required).
The non-refundable post-meeting registration fee is the same as the Remote registration fee and includes, for the registered attendee only:
- Access to pre-recorded presentations
- Access to all live meeting session recordings
Registration does NOT include:
- Tickets for spouses/guests

In-Person Event Details
REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED
For in-person registrants, events will take place live at the Swissôtel in Chicago, Illinois from July 16-19, 2023 (Sun-Wed). In-person registrants will need to agree to abide by APC's Health and Safety Policy (posted here) before proceeding with registration. The in-person registration fee includes, for the registered attendee only:
- Access to Pre-Recorded Presentations
- Participation in Live Meeting Discussion Sessions
- CME (separate claim form must be submitted)
- Daily breakfasts and lunches, including the Awards Lunch
- Receptions on Sunday and Monday
Registration does NOT include:
- Tickets for spouses/guests
- Lodging or travel fees
- Enrollment in the Pathology Leadership Academy

Remote Event Details
REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED
Live sessions will be simulcast for remote participants via Zoom on the APC Learning Center from July 17-19, 2023 (Mon-Wed) on the days/times/zones found in the Meeting Program. Remote participants will need to have the technical capabilities to access Zoom in order to fully participate in live sessions broadcast from the Swissôtel in Chicago, Illinois. The non-refundable remote registration fee includes, for the registered attendee only:
- Access to pre-recorded presentations
- Access to all live meeting sessions
- CME (separate claim form must be submitted)
Registration does NOT include:
- Tickets for spouses/guests
- Enrollment in the Pathology Leadership Academy

Includes an official guest badge, continental breakfast at spouse and guest hospitality meetings on Monday and Tuesday, and food and beverage at the welcome reception on Sunday. Register your guests by completing the meeting registration form. Each $75.00 fee covers these costs for ONE guest. |

Cancellation Policy
Remote Registration: The registration fee for remote participation is non-refundable. All registrants will be able to access the meeting content on-demand through APC's Online Learning platform once the content is published in July 2023.
In-Person Registration: In-person registrants will have the option to change to remote registration and be credited the difference in pricing as long as requests are submitted by the deadline of May 31, 2023. No credit will be provided for modifying a registration from in-person to remote after May 31, 2023, because APC will have guaranteed food and beverage for in-person registrants.
Guest Registration Fees: Modifications to your registration can be made as long as requests are submitted by the deadline of May 31, 2023. No credit will be provided for modifying or canceling a guest registration after May 31, 2023, because APC will have guaranteed food and beverage for guest registrants.

2023 APC Annual Meeting Health Protocols
This policy was last updated on May 15, 2023.
In consideration of the United States Government and the World Health Organization lifting national and international Public Health Emergency statuses related to the COVID-19 pandemic, APC will not implement any masking, vaccination or testing requirements for in-person registrants, speakers, exhibitors, guests, or staff of the APC 2023 Annual Meeting. However, APC expects all participants to respect the general principles of maintaining good health by: 1) respecting the rights of others to wear masks; and 2) voluntarily withdrawing from in-person participation in events, if they are experiencing symptoms of any transmissible disease. Sessions are automatically available online to all in-person registrants and those who withdraw due to symptoms are welcome to participate remotely while self-isolating.
Willful failure to follow APC’s health and safety protocols may result in involuntary removal from meeting sessions, restriction from participation in future APC meetings or suspension of membership in APC. Attendees with any questions or concerns about the above policies may visit the registration desk at any time during the meeting.
By registering to attend the 2023 APC Annual Meeting events in-person, you (and your guest(s), if applicable) agree to abide by APC’s health and safety protocols for in-person events. In-person registrants, who determine they are unable to abide by APC’s health and safety protocols for in-person events, have the option to change to remote registration and be credited the difference in pricing on or before May 31, 2023. No credit will be provided for modifying a registration from in-person to remote after May 31, 2023, because APC will have guaranteed food and beverage for in-person registrants.
